- Check to ensure that the on/off button is lit up green, if it is not, that indicates that the bed is not receiving power to the bed and the outlet and power supply should be checked.
- Ensure the E-Stop is pulled out
- Check the breaker and ensure the breaker wasn't tripped
- Have an electrician verify that the outlet is receiving power
