I'm unable to manage the bed from the tablet

  1. Unplug the bed, then plug it back in
  2. Turn off the bed, then turn it back on (glowing green button)
  3. Make sure that the E-Stop is pulled out
  4. In the tablet settings, open up “Bluetooth Setting”, disconnect the Bluetooth from everything (including the bed) then turn Bluetooth off, then back on
  5. Once the Bluetooth is back on, look under “Available Devices” and reconnect the bed (two identical serial numbers may show up, the correct one should show a headset or telephone and should ask for a PIN)
  6. If it is still not showing up, clear out of all the apps and then relaunch the app.
  7. Once the Bluetooth finally pairs to the serial number with the PIN, enter: 888888
  8. Reopen the TheraLight app, it should say “Connected” or “Connect to Bed”, hit “Connect”. Click “Start” and see if the bed turns on.
